The beliefs driving your financial decisions were formed long before you had any. This is where you examine them and decide which ones you're done carrying.
Most of us are walking around with money beliefs we never chose. We inherited them from our families, absorbed them from our communities, and had them reinforced by experiences that felt like proof. By the time we're adults, they feel less like beliefs and more like facts.
The Belief Audit is a two-page exercise that asks you to name those beliefs, trace where they came from, and begin rewriting them into something that actually serves where you're going. The last section asks you to draft a new money identity statement — not a wish, but a direction.
Print it out or fill it in digitally. Set aside about 20 minutes, and be honest with yourself. That's where the work happens.
