Your money story didn't start with your first paycheck. This is where you trace it back to the beginning and start writing a different one.

Your money story began early, in moments you may not have thought about in years — watching a parent stress over a bill, learning what was and wasn't talked about at the dinner table, picking up on what money meant to the people around you.

The Money Memory Map is a two-page reflective exercise that takes you back to those early experiences. It asks you to name the memories, emotions, and messages that shaped how you think about money today — not to assign blame, but to see clearly.

Print it out or fill it in digitally. Set aside about 15 minutes somewhere quiet, and write whatever comes up first.
