Who We Are

FinWe LLC ("FinWe," "we," or "our") is a financial coaching and education business based in Ohio. Our services are designed to provide financial education and coaching support. They are not a substitute for personalized legal, tax, investment, or financial planning advice from a licensed professional.

Use of This Site

You may use myfinwe.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems

  • Transmit any content that is harmful, fraudulent, or misleading

Use of this site or engagement in FinWe's coaching services does not create a fiduciary relationship, attorney-client relationship, or any other professional advisory relationship beyond the scope of the coaching engagement agreed upon in writing.

Results from financial coaching vary by individual. No specific financial outcome is promised or implied.

Coaching Services

FinWe's financial coaching services are governed by a separate Client Engagement Agreement provided at the time of engagement. That agreement, together with these Terms of Use, constitutes the full agreement between you and FinWe for coaching services.

Coaching sessions are educational in nature. Clients are responsible for their own financial decisions. FinWe is not liable for any financial decisions made based on coaching sessions.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to engage FinWe's paid services.

Payment. Coaching packages and session fees are as described on the Services page. Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Refund and cancellation terms are addressed in the Client Engagement Agreement.

Full Financial Planning Services

Full financial planning services offered through FinWe involve collaboration with Fernbridge and its affiliated planning professionals. Those engagements are governed by separate agreements provided by Fernbridge and subject to their terms, disclosures, and regulatory requirements. FinWe is not responsible for the advice, recommendations, or actions of Fernbridge or its affiliated professionals.

Intellectual Property

All content on myfinwe.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design — is the property of FinWe LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this site without prior written permission from FinWe LLC. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided the content is not altered and FinWe is credited as the source.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
